(1) If there be any dispute regarding any sum payable under sub-section
(1) of section 9 or section 10, the matter may be referred to Registrar for orders. From an order passed by the Registrar under this sub-section, an appeal shall lie to the district Magistrate of the District within which the Goshala concerned is situated. No appeal shall be from an order passed in appeal under this section.
(2) Any sum payable by a trader or a trustee under this section, as the case may be, shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue on an application of the Registrar.
