Prohibition of slaughter of cattle in places not fixed for the purpose

No cattle in respect of which a certificate has been issued under section 4 shall be slaughtered in any place other than a place fixed for the purpose by or under any law for the time being in force and it such law does not provide therefor, at a place fixed by the Competent Authority.
