Chapter I PRELIMINARY

- (1) This Regulation may be called the Lakshadweep Registration of Societies Regulation, 2025.
- (2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Lakshadweep.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date, as the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
