Final expenses to next of kin in case of death of member of fire and emergency service

In the event of death of a member of the fire and emergency service other than a Gazetted Officer, while on duty, the Government shall immediately pay to the next of kin of the said member as funeral expenses, such amount as may be prescribed as the Government may, by an order, determine.
