Power to arrange for water supply during emergency

The Director or Fire Officer may draw water from any source in the area which he considers necessary during firefighting operations and on such occasions as may be required, and the authority or owner or occupier having control over such water source shall supply water for that purpose at such rates, as may be prescribed.
