Chapter II ESTABLISHMENT AND CONTROL
Statutory text
- (1) The Administrator may, by order, delegate his powers to the Excise Commissioner, subject to such limitations and conditions as may be specified in such order.
- (2) The Excise Commissioner or the Deputy Commissioner may, by order, delegate their powers under this Regulation to any subordinate officer, subject to such limitations and conditions as may be specified in such order.
- (3) The Administrator or Excise Commissioner or the Deputy Commissioner, as the case may be, may, by order, withdraw from any officer or person, any or all the powers delegated to subordinate officers under this section.
