Amendment of section 21

In section 21 of the principal Regulation,—

1. (a) in sub-section (1), for the words “of service”, the words “public service” shall be substituted;
2. (b) in sub-section (2), in the proviso, for the words “concerned Designated Officer or Grievance Redressal Officer”, the words “Designated Officer concerned or Grievance Redressal Officer concerned” shall be substituted.
