Amendment of section 12

In section 12 of the principal Regulation,—

1. (a) in the marginal heading, the words “Union territory” shall be omitted;
2. (b) in sub-section (1), the words “Union territory” shall be omitted;
3. (c) in sub-section (2), for the words “A Union territory”, the word “The” shall be substituted;
