Power to require owner to have sewer connection

Where any premises are, in the opinion of the Authority without sufficient means of effectual disposal of sewage and the sewer of the Authority is situated at a distance of not more than fifty meters from any part of the premises, the Authority may, by written notice, require the owner of the said premises to have sewer connection as provided by the regulations.
