Right of owner or occupier to obtain sewer connection

The owner or occupier of any premises shall be entitled to empty sewage of the premise into a sewer of the Authority provided that before doing so he- (a) obtains written permission of the Authority and pays connection fee in accordance with the regulations; and (b) complies with such other conditions as may be provided by the regulations.
