Limitation

Where under thi~ Act an appeal or application for revision may be preferred to any <tuthority or officer withm a prescnbed penod or withm such further t t.ne not exceedmg a spectfied period as may be allowed by such auth011ty o. ol'ficer, the further t1me aforesaid shall be computed on and from the exp1ry of such prcsc11brd period computed in accordance with the ptOVJSJOns of sub-section (I).
