For the purpose ofcomputmg the penod of limitation in respect of any appeal or a ppilcauon for revision agamst any decision or orde1 under this Act, the date of communication of a copy of the dec!Slon or order to the appellant or appltcant shall be deeraed to be the date of the deciswn or order.
