Acts or proceedings of the Committee not to be invalidated

Acts or proceedings of Committee not to be invalidated.- No act or proceeding of the Committee shall be invalidated merely by reason of-

1. (a) any vacancy in , or any defect in the constitution of the Committee ;
2. (b) any defect in the nomination or election of a person acting as the Chairman or a member of the Committee ; or
3. (c) any irregularity in the procedure of the Committee not affecting the merits of the case.
