This Act provides for the administration of the Koodalmanickam Devaswom (temple) at Irinjalakuda in Kerala. It incorporates a Managing Committee, sets out its composition, terms of office, meetings and duties, and provides for its dissolution or supersession. It limits the alienation of Devaswom property and the Committee's power to borrow and lend, and requires an annual administration report.
