Nothing contained in this section shall bar the institution of a suit by any person aggrieved by an order made thereunder for establishing his title to the property.

Public officers to furnish copies of or extracts from certain documents Public officers to furnish copies of or extracts from certain documents.—All public officers having custody of any record, register, report or other document relating to the Devaswom shall furnish such copies of or extracts from the same as may be required by the Administrator.
