Power of Board to make regulations for purposes of this Chapter.

The Board may, subject to the approval of the Trustee, make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Chapter— (a) for fixing the period of debentures and the rate of interest payable thereof; (b) for calling in debentures after giving notice to debenture holders; (c) for the issue of new debentures in place of debentures damaged or destroyed; (d) for converting one class of debentures into another class of debentures bearing a different rate of interest; and (e) generally for carrying out the provisions of this Chapter.
