Chapters IV and V to apply to loans advanced by primary banks from funds got borrowed from Agricultural Development Bank

The provisions of Chapters IV and V shall apply also to loans advanced by primary banks from funds which have not been borrowed from the Agricultural Development Bank and to loans taken over by the Kerala Co-operative Central Land Mortgage Bank from the Travancore Credit Bank.
