Guarantee by Government on principal of and interest on debentures, bonds and loans.

The principal of, and the interest on, the debentures issued under section 3 or bonds issued or loans raised under section 4, to such maximum amount as may be fixed by the Government from time to time and subject to such conditions as they may deem fit to impose, shall carry the guarantee of the Government.
