Facility for interviews and communication with relatives and legal practitioners

Subject to the provisions of the Act and the rules relating to the security of prison and prisoners, the Superintendent shall provide to every prisoner, facilities for interviews and communication with relatives and legal practitioners and for writing letters, in such manner and at such intervals, as may be prescribed.
