Bar of jurisdiction of Civil Courts

No Civil Court shall have jurisdiction to settle or decide or deal with any matter which is by or under this Act or the Scheme required to be settled, decided or dealt with by the Government or the Board or any other officer authorised by the Government or the Chief Executive Officer or any other officer authorised by the Board.
