Directors of Board etc., to be public servants

Each Director of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer appointed under sub-section (1) of section 21 and each other officer and staff of the Board shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
