Power to make regulations

(1) The Corporation may, with the prior approval of the Government, by notification in the Gazette, make regulations nolinconsistent with this Act and the rules made thereunder, for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for —— (a) all mailers expressly required or allowed by this Act to be prescribed by regulations; (b) the delegation of powers or duties of the Corporation to the Committees or to the Managing Director ; | (c) the duties and conduct of officers and subordinates of the Corporation and of other persons employed by the Corporation under this Act for carrying out any of the purposes of this Act; (d) the welfare and recreation of the staff of the Corporation and the contributions to be made therefor; and (e) the efficient conduct of the affairs of the Corporation.

1. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for ——
   • (a) all mailers expressly required or allowed by this Act to be prescribed by regulations;
   • (b) the delegation of powers or duties of the Corporation to the Committees or to the Managing Director ; |

   • (d) the welfare and recreation of the staff of the Corporation and the contributions to be made therefor; and
   • (e) the efficient conduct of the affairs of the Corporation.
