Transfer, of Govemment. lands

(1) For the furtherance of the objects of this Act, the Government may, upon-conditions as may be agreed upon, place at the disposat of the Corporation any land vested in the Government. (2) Where any such land has been developed by or under the control and 5 supervision of the Corporation, it shall be deat with by the Corporation in accordarice with the regulations made and the directions given by the Govemment in this behalf. (3) H any land placed at the disposal of the Coiporation under sub-section (1) is required at any time thereafter by the Govemment, they shalt have power to resume the landiand the Corporation shall thereupon surrender the tand to Government.
