Vesting of chitty assets in receiver

Vesting of chitty assets in receiver.—On the making of an order for winding up a chitty, the entire chitty assets shall vest in the court or in the receiver appointed by the court, for distribution amongst the subscribers to whom amounts are due in respect of the chitty.
