Liability of foreman to subscribers

Liability of foreman to subscribers.—(1) Every foreman shall be liable to the subscribers for the amount due to them.

1. (2) Where there are more foremen than one in a chitty, each one of them shall be jointly and severally liable to the subscribers in respect of the obligations arising out of the chitty.
