Directors of Board, etc., to be public servants

Every Director of the Board, the Chief Welfare Fund Inspector and other officers and members of the Board shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Central Act 45 of 1860).
