This Act creates the Kerala Advocates Welfare Fund to provide benefits to advocates. It sets up a Trustee Committee to manage the fund, invest it and pay out benefits, with a Secretary to run its affairs. It provides for money to be paid into the fund, and for the recognition of Bar Associations.
