Chapter VI FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS

The University shall have a general fund to which shall be credited,-
- (a) its income from fees, endowments and grants, if any;
- (b) contributions or grants from the Government on such conditions as may be imposed;
- (c) grants from the Central Government, the University Grants
