Authority and the Authority shall comply with such directions.

Reports.- (1) The Authority shall prepare an Annual Report of its working for each financial year and submit it to the Government along with other reports under section 34.

1. (2) The Authority shall before such date, in such form and at such intervals as may be prescribed, submit the prescribed reports to the Government.
