(1) This Act may be called the Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna Kshetra Development Authority Act, 2016.
- (2) It extends to the area of Sangolli Rayanna Kshetra and heritage site.
- (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification appoint.
