Powers of special officer

The Special officer appointed by the State Government for the purpose of taking steps to establish the new University under the principal Act, after the commencement of the Amendment Act for establishment of new university, shall exercise such powers and perform such functions of the University and the Vice-Chancellors as may be specified by the State Government, until the first Vice-Chancellor is appointed.] 1.
