Chapter III OFFICERS OF THE UNIVERSITY
Statutory text
(1) The Minister incharge of Higher Education in Karnataka shall, by virtue of his office be the Pro-Chancellor of the University.
- (2) He shall, in the absence of the Chancellor, preside at any Convocation of the
