Power to amend the schedule

Statutory text
(1) The Executive Council may with the prior approval of the Chancellor and the State Government, by notification amend the schedule. (2) A copy of every notification made under sub-section (1) shall be laid before each House of the State Legislature, as soon as may be, after it is made.
