Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called Sri Malai Mahadeswaraswamy Kshethra Development Authority Act,

2013.

1. (2) It extends to the area of Sri Malai Mahadeswaraswamy Kshetra as defined in clause (f) of section 2.
2. (3) It shall come into force from such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Act.

This Act has came into force w.e.f.11.09.2013 by Notification No.RD 130 MUABI 2013,
