Chapter III MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES
Statutory text
The following shall be the municipal authorities of the corporation charged with carrying out the provisions of this Act, namely:-
- (a) the corporation;
- (b) the standing committees; and
- (c) the Commissioner.
