Maintenance of establishment for removal of rubbish and filth

(1) The corporation shall maintain an establishment under the control of the Commissioner for the removal of rubbish and filth from privies which are not connected with a public drain.

1. (2) The corporation shall, if so required by the Government make provision for the preparation of compost manure from rubbish and filth.
