Disabilities for continuing as member.

If any member, during the period for which he has been nominated or elected,—

1. (a) absents himself, without excuse, sufficient in the opinion of the Medical Council, from three consecutive ordinary meetings of the Council; or
2. (b) in the case of a member elected under clause (b) of sub-section

of the University or ceases to be a registered practitioner] ; or

1. (c) in the case of a member elected under 1[clause (a)] of sub- section (2) of section 3, ceases to be a registered practitioner; or
2. (d) becomes subject to any of the disqualifications mentioned in section 7, -the State Government shall declare his office to be vacant.
