1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the

1[Karnataka] Medical Registration Act, 1961. 1. Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973

1. (2) It extends to the whole of the 1[State of Karnataka] . 1. Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order 1973 w.e.f. 1.11.1973
2. (3) It shall come into force on such 1[date] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
