  1. (1) Save as

otherwise provided, the term of the office of the members other than the ex-officio members of the Academic Council and the Syndicate shall be three years.

  1. (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Academic Council and the Syndicate shall be reconstituted once in three years simultaneously.
