Office-bearer

office-bearer” means the elected President / Vice-President / Chairperson / Vice-Chairperson / secretary or treasurer, Liquidator, Administrator, Special Officer and includes a member of the board empowered by the board to exercise any power or perform any function in regard to the business of a Co-operative Society and to give directions in regard to policies affecting the business of the society.
