Cessation of Membership

Cessation of Membership. A person shall cease to be a member of a co-operative society,- (a) in the case of an individual, on his or her,- (i) death; (ii) resignation; (iii) disqualification and cessation (iv) transfer of whole of his or her share or interest in the co-operative society to another member; (b) in the case of a firm, company, co-operative society or corporate body,- (i) on dissolution of the firm or a corporate body; (ii) on winding up of a company or a co-operative society.
