Repeal and Saving

6. Repeal and Saving :- (i) Repeal:-Jharkhand Regional Development Authority Act (Amendment) ordinance-2006 (Jharkhand ordinance 02, 2006) is hereby repealed. (ii) Saving -Notwithstanding such repeal, any thing done or any action taken in the exercise of power conferred by or under the said ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken in exercise of powers conferred by or under this act, as if, this act were enforce on the day on which such thing was done or action taken.
