3. Amendment of section-53 of the Jharkhand Regional Development Authority Act. 1981 (Adopted):- After Section-53 of the Jharkhand Regional Development Authority Act 1981 after the existing provision the following two proviso shall be inserted, namely:- Provided that the State Government may direct such agency that no such certificate will be compulsorily required for this purpose. Provided further that a mere water connection will not give any immunity to such occupant of a building from application of any other provision of this act.
