4. Amendment of Section-65(2) of Jharkhand Regional Development Authority Act-1981 (Adopted) - In this Section of Jharkhand Regional Development Authority Act-1981 the following shall be inserted after the word, " general policy":- "and on matters in respect of chapter-VI for giving effect to the subjects pertaining to urban local bodies as provided in artical-243(W)."
