50. Penalty for willfully obstructing the firefighting, and rescue operations. — Any person who willfully obstructs or interferes with any member of the Fire Service who is engaged in firefighting operations, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees, or with both.
