Certain State Rules apply to employees of the Fire Service. — The provisions of the Bihar Government Service Conduct Rules, 1976 (which have been adopted vide notification no.- 2496/Ranchi dtd.- 31.07.2001 of the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Government of Jharkhand), Jharkhand Government Servant (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 2016 & Jharkhand Government Servant (Classification, Control and Appeal) (amendment) Rules, 2022 and Jharkhand Pension Rule, 2000, as amended, from time to time, shall be extended mutatis mutandis to all employees of the Jharkhand Fire Service including Fire Officers, Operational Members, Members and Subordinate Operational Staff.
