Ceiling on allocation of water.

The Authority shall fix the minimum and maximum ceiling of water to be allocated to a user for––

1. (a) generation of electricity (hydro-electric project) ;
2. (b) irrigation of land ;
3. (c) drinking purposes; (domestic, commercial, industrial or institutional) ;
4. (d) exploration of ground water ; and
5. (e) utilization of water for other purposes.
