Information to the User.

After the scheme is approved by the Authority under sub-section (2) of section 92 or by the Government under sub-section (4) of section 92, the Authority shall inform the user accordingly and require him to––

1. (a) obtain a licence for use of water under section 96 ;
2. (b) execute an agreement in such form and manner with the prescribed authority as may be prescribed ; and
3. (c) pay such fee and water usage charges as fixed under Chapter XI of the Act.
