Recovery of sums due.--(1) Where any person is in arrears of any sum payable in respect of any Wakaf property, the Tehsil committee, may by order, direct that person to pay the same within such time and in such instalments as may be specified in the order.

1. (2) If any person refuses or fails to pay arrears of sum or any instalment payable under sub-section
2. (1) within the time specified in the order relating thereto, the Tehsil Committee may issue a certificate for the amount due, to the Collector who shall proceed to recover the same as an arrear of land revenue.
