Register of the Wakafs

Register of the Wakafs.--A Tehsil Committee shall maintain a register of the Wakafs which shall contain in respect of each Wakaf, copies of the deeds when available and the following particulars namely :--

1. (a) the nature of the Wakafs ;
2. (b) the name of the Mutawalli ;
3. (c) particulars of Wakaf properties and title deeds and documents relating thereto ;
4. (d) particulars of the scheme of administration ; and
5. (e) such other particulars as may be prescribed.
